Shipping Fees and Delivery Time

Important note on expedited orders: If an expedited shipping method is selected, delays can still occur that are out of our control and we are not able to guarantee that your package arrives by a certain date.

Please take this into consideration when placing an expedited order. We cannot refund expedited shipping charges. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping is charged per piece, per category, per destination country. The previous flat-rate and multiplier system has been discontinued.

How it works

Every product belongs to Accessories, Clothing / RTW, Shoes, or Bags.
The rate is set by product category and destination country.
Multi-item shipping is the sum of every item at its category rate.
Customs duties and taxes are charged separately where applicable.

Example
1 Bag + 2 Clothing items shipped to the United States:

1 × €67 + 2 × €52 = €171 total

Unlisted countries default to €97 / €110 / €124 / €139.
